Overview
Pandora’s Valley is seeking an experienced Senior Sourcer to join our team. This is a basic and commission-based role, with opportunities for out-sourcing to support other companies’ sales teams and functions. As a Senior Sourcer, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for a variety of roles across our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Talent sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals, to identify and attract potential candidates for open positions.
- Candidate engagement: Screen and pre-qualify candidates, and engage them in meaningful conversations to assess their fit and interest in open positions.
- Talent pipeline management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, and prioritize and manage the pipeline to meet the current and future needs of the business.
- Recruitment process support: Provide support to the recruitment team throughout the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and conducting reference checks.
- Data management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system, and generate regular reports and analytics on sourcing and hiring activities.
- Continuous improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the sourcing and recruitment processes, and seek new and innovative ways to attract and engage top talent.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sourcer or recruiter, with a track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and attract potential candidates using a variety of methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of tasks and candidates.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
