Overview

Pandora’s Valley is seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Sales to join our team and drive growth and revenue for the company. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and building the sales team, setting and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies: Lead the development and execution of sales plans that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Build and manage the sales team: Hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, and provide direction and support to ensure their success in achieving individual and team targets.
  • Drive revenue growth: Drive growth and revenue by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals with key customers and partners.
  • Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure long-term success and growth.
  • Sales forecasting and reporting: Use data and analytics to accurately forecast sales, monitor performance, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • A deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools, and the ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

We offer a small basic salary plus a good commission-based salary, as well as free training and support to the successful candidate.
