Overview

Pandora’s Valley is seeking a talented and motivated In-house Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the company’s recruitment and talent acquisition efforts by managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies: Lead the development and execution of recruitment plans that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Source and screen candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals) to identify and attract high-quality candidates and screen applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications and skills.
  • Conduct interviews: Lead the interview process, including scheduling, conducting, and evaluating candidate interviews and providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Offer management: Collaborate with hiring managers to extend and negotiate offers, including a basic salary and share options, and manage the offer acceptance process.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate and support the onboarding of new hires, including conducting orientation and ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
  • Reporting and data analysis: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and provide regular reports to stakeholders, including metrics on time-to-hire, source of hire, and diversity initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a recruitment role, with a track record of successfully managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills, with the ability to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations and experience with offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
