Overview

Pandora’s Valley is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the sales and revenue growth of our clients by supporting and strengthening their sales teams and functions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales support: Provide support to the sales teams and functions of other companies, and work closely with them to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  2. Client relationship management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and actively seek opportunities to deepen those relationships and expand the company’s footprint.
  3. Sales pipeline management: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date, and take action to keep the pipeline moving forward.
  4. Proposal and contract preparation: Prepare and present compelling proposals and contracts to clients, and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
  5. Market and competitor analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  6. Team collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a business development or sales role, with a track record of success in securing new business and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong relationship building and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare and present compelling proposals and contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
